CDV has announced the release of a free design toolset for City Life by Monte Cristo which allows gamers to modify buildings with 3ds Max (obviously not included) and share these buildings with other players.

"Gamers without the necessary design software can still use the toolkit as a way to import community-created designs into their copy of City Life."

"To take things even further, CDV and Monte Cristo will be releasing multiple building packages in the upcoming weeks, which can be used by aspiring designers to modify every building found in City Life."

The 22.7MB toolset can be downloaded from 3dgamers, FileFront, Gamer's Hell, VGPro, or Worthplaying.
