NCSoft and Cryptic Studios have released several new screenshots from "City of Heroes Safeguard," giving viewers a look at the free upcoming expansion.

"The Safeguard Missions are a new style of missions where heroes consult a contact on their “police band” and take on a costumed, super-power villain and his henchmen who are attempting a major crime in Paragon City. These timed missions are action-packed and intense, and are very similar to the “Mayhem Missions” that were released in City of Villains in the Issue 7 expansion release."
