DISCover Portal Launched

DISCover has announced the launch of its new consumer portal and webstore.

"Gamers from around the world now have immediate access to a huge catalog of titles, as well as the hottest, new PC games on the market.

Already pre-installed on nearly two million high-end gaming PCs from Alienware, Sony and HP, among others, DISCover’s award-winning "My Games"(R) application acts as a total content management service, giving gamers greater control, flexibility and purchasing power. Aimed at both casual and hardcore gamers alike, "My Games"(R) takes the middle-man out of the video game purchasing experience and provides an easy-to-use digital distribution system that delivers quality titles, information and gaming content to your desktop.

“DISCover understands what gamers want and is committed to simplifying the process by which consumers are able to access the best PC games available,” said DISCover’s CEO David Ferrigno.  “Our partnerships with Intel, Sony, HP and Alienware, have helped us to introduce the concept of digital distribution to a broader audience and our webstore is a channel everyone can use to get great games. We will continue to work with industry leading publishers to bring top content to the site, while adding new technologies that enhance and extend the end users’ experience.”

DISCover’s My Games application is now available on www.DISCoverMyGames.com, free of charge, for a limited time."
