Sierra has released a new patch for "F.E.A.R." and "F.E.A.R. Combat," bringing the FPS by Monolith up to version 1.08.
"This latest update fixes several issues in both F.E.A.R. and F.E.A.R. Combat. Updated SDK and dedicated server files have also been released to work with the new update."
The following links lead to US patches but versions for other countries have been released as well. If you're in another country your best bet is to head to
Sierra since the following sites only mirror some of the files.

The v1.07 > v1.08 44.2MB incremental patch can be downloaded from

The F.E.A.R. Combat patch has been released for other countries, though I think the UK one doubles for the US version (it isn't clear though so I'm not linking it), and can be downloaded from the mirrors listed above.
